Nolan helps us with an emotional thread Musical movies. The reason Cobb is motivated to risk the dangers of inception is because of grief and guilt involving his wife Mal (Marion Cotillard), and their two children. More I will not (in a way, cannot) say Musical movies. Cotillard beautifully embodies the wife in an idealized way Musical movies. Whether we are seeing Cobb's memories or his dreams is difficult to say--even, literally, in the last shot Musical movies. But she makes Mal function as an emotional magnet, and the love between the two provides an emotional constant in Cobb's world, which is otherwise ceaselessly shifting Musical movies. Above all others is the encroaching fear of obsolescence that stalks Woody like a cancer: the dread his beloved owner Andy will one day outgrow him Musical movies. There are moments early on in the film, where you'll be guessing: Whose dream is this? Where are we? Are they awake or asleep? But that's just laying the groundwork - breaking the audience in, as it were - for the stunning complexity of the film's final hour, when Cobb and his team launch the inception mission Musical movies. If you believe that being able to leave your brain at the cinema door is something to be proud of then you may regard The Expendables as a masterpiece.
